Solid Gold Locket Pendant

This locket is pretty but extremely disappointing overall. I did a lot of research before landing on Aurate for a locket but am regretting it. I’ve only had it for a short time and the locket keeps popping open when I wear it and now the picture I put in is gone. I got this engraved my daughter‘s initial in the hopes that I could pass this down to her one day and she could continue to pass it down, but that doesn’t seem likely now. Since it’s engraved I can’t exchange or return it. For how much money this piece was it is not living up to any expectations. It also arrived weeks later than the ship date promised when ordered and would’ve been later if I hadn’t reached out to customer service.
