Great part at a great price!! Purchased a used EGO and the knob was cosmetically deteriorating, so I decided to replace it, and why not for sub $3.. Came in genuine EGO packaging and fit great, super easy to install as well.

Power and parts were great

The part was lost during shipping with USPS. After 13 days I asked them to ship out a new part, which they have. Their response was very fast and their attitude was very under standing. Considering the fault was not with them. I am very pleased.
