If you don't have experience removing and pressing in bearing and gear assemblies, you should buy the housing that has the bearings and gears already in it, it will cost more but will be worth it for you. There is one press in bearing, two press in bearing-shaft-gear assmblies and one separate gear and two snap rings that go in the housing, There is one smaller snap ring that does not need to be removed. I used deep sockets that I matched up to the bearings outside edge and tapped them in with a hammer with no problem. greased it all up and it is running great.
