Griddle Pan

Used it 3 days in a row. roasting vegetables is a breeze. Washing the pan is also a breeze. This a better quality enameling than the beginning pots. I won't be giving this one away.

Love the color! A bit bigger than I thought it was going to be but will still be perfect for cooking! Wish the mini was still in lavender.

Even better than expected!

First off, I own three other Our Place pans and have coined them our “forever pans” because I can’t imagine ever using any other pan! I was excited to add the griddle pan to our collection with thoughts of pancakes and bacon dancing in my head, but I am now making so many meals in this pan that it hardly leaves the stove top! Things I love: fits perfectly over my two stovetop burners, heats up evenly over the surface, can then be transferred to the oven to keep things warm or finish cooking, and the cleanup is probably the best feature of all - nothing sticks!!! Some things we like to make with the griddle pan: pancakes, French toast, pizza, smash tacos, chicken Parmesan, chocolate chip cookies, and nachos. This might be the one pan you never knew you needed.
