Such a great product! My son received this product as a graduation gift, and he loved it so much, we ordered one for his friend who was also graduating!

The zipper does not work because the zipper lining was not sewn correctly, is frayed and torn. I contacted sales immediately and was told a new one would be sent. I am waiting,
