Confusing customer service

I ordered 2 rear wheels for my self propelled mower with the gear replacement but I got juat regular wheels no gear. Put in a claim that they denied amd stated "no reason given." As well as one of the wheels is broken and the dust cover can't go on. They denied that as well because ypu could clearly see the broken wheel in the plastic package. However they wanted it out. After telling me to just go ahead and keep the wheel. Which I had to use due to my grass being high already. I've had this mower for 6 years now and this is the first problem but the customer service decision to deny my claims is making never want to purchase another EGO product. Shame because I really liked the product up to this point. Once again to be ruined by CS. Order number P69738

Shipping and packing well

Shipping and packaged well but as far as the product not too happy. Another Ego flop. Grass stragglers everywhere have to mow twice.
