Waiting for advice

Response time was good. Shipping was average. however. I bought the wrong part (got #1531 but should have gotten #1530) My fault, Returned part and received notice that it was in transit. Never received advice that the return was received, nor advice of the credit due. Waiting to reorder correct part.

Great Service and good knowledge

I needed a replacement head for my trimmer. I had already bought a trimmer head elsewhere, but they sent me the wrong one not knowing the possible difference in the string trimmer type. These folks got it right and asked the right questions. I will be ordering more product as needed.
