Reorder

The postal service , for an unknown reason, decided to reroute my first order. I called and was told they would reship my order. It was sent out the same day via UPS this time. I received confirmation and updates on my order. As karma goes, I received both orders on the same day. I notified customer service and was told to keep both orders for my trouble. Problem was handled quickly and to my benefit.

Parts arrived as advertised but customer service lacking

The good: The parts were all correct and worked as expected. The not great: No indication on the site that the parts were not in stock, got a delivery date, a week after the specified delivery date I had to reach out to the merchant with questions and only then was told the parts were back ordered. Would have appreciated knowing more accurate delivery date since it may have impacted my purchase.

They were able to help with exactly what I wanted and it was delivered 2 days earlier than expected. Good experience all around!
