Women's Slim Down Shake

Pleasantly surprised!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but I really enjoyed the shakes. Because they include prebiotic fibre, they’re not only filling but feeding good gut bacteria so that’s a huge win! The texture is thick, which as an unexpected consequence of this, enables you to slow down instead of quickly consuming. The flavour is great - so many of these types of products are pretty yuk, but this is delicious!

Chocolate shake

No bloating- finally a shake that feels comfortable on the tummy. Haven’t been taking long enough to notice weight loss - however enjoying the flavour and added vitamins and minerals in my diet. I enjoy as a quick lunch shake or as a mouse (reduce the liquid) with granola for breakfast.
