Freeze Dryer with Premier Pump

I am enjoying my Stay Fresh Freeze Dryer and really looking forward to getting more food put in storage. When I received the freeze dryer and used it the first time, the pump was making a horrendous noise! I videoed it and sent the video to Tim who immediately knew what the issue was (vent fan housing). He shipped a new pump the next day. You can’t get any better customer care and service than that!

Solid bit of kit

I have had the opportunity to use my machine a couple times now. It’s been solid each time and the freeze dried results came out perfectly. I originally had the machine plugged in to a power strip that tripped during operation. Once power was restored, the machine was able to pick up where it left off. Not needing to start over from scratch was a big plus. The build quality, the finish, all solid. I would not hesitate to recommend this machine.

This is an Awesome Machine

Having purchase a FD 7 years ago in Hawaii I have to say we have some experience with FD machine. I just retired to Alabama about 2 years ago and we brought the machine with us but about 2 months ago the machine started to have problems. I was able to fix it but like an old car you can omly do so much before other things start happening so I started looking to buying another machine and after watch a lot of you tube videos it was easy to see that the stay fresh machine was more up to date with technology. It arrived it perfect condition, everything unpack easily. Thanks to all the you tube video I had a good idea on how to setup it up and run it . This machine runs great right out of the box no problems. I know the one thing people say is it must cost a lot in electric believe it or not it doesn't even when I lived in Hawaii which has the highest cost of electric (48 cent Kw) it only cost me an extra $150 a month to run 24/7 here in Alabama I would say maybe an extra $60 running 24/ 7. I love the machine only thing I wish we could have is some kind of Wi-Fi system to monitor the unit. I did hook up a Wi-Fi camera to monitor with my phone but an app would be great.
