Instead of corner pieces

These are amazing! I have ordered three sets and use them instead of the little corner pieces (which I have plenty of). Much more convenient and workable. Glad I found them!

Those stacking trays work GREAT!!! I freeze kale in a stainless steel kettle, crunch them up and dump to trays. When 5 full trays I freeze dry, about 17 hrs. then food process a bit and put in qt. jars in my pantry.

The freeze dryer tray lids have been a great addition to my freeze drying. The ability to stack and cover my trays make food preparation so much simpler. I also want to commend Brian, who followed up on my order and after finding out my shipment was being delayed, was instrumental in getting my shipment very quickly. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and I will certainly recommend his company for other supplies and to those who are looking also.
