Just Ok

It’s a pretty dress on the model, but I felt self conscious in the dress myself. The fit was odd and I probably should’ve just taken it to get altered. I’m normally a size 12/large, but ordered an XL as suggested by the size chart. I was surprised to find that the waist was pretty tight and almost hard to zip up, even with sizing up. And the bust was very loose and floppy feeling. The one side pocket looked extremely awkward. My husband actually said the pocket looked like a ripped seam and the liner kept puckering and popping out of the pocket hole all night. This is my 2nd time ordering a bridesmaid dress from birdy grey and you can definitely sense a decline in quality in this dress compared to a dress I wore about 2 years ago. The material is very thin and unforgiving. I’d give yourself some time to try different sizes and just anticipate getting it altered before your event.

The quality of this dress is great! The dusty blue color is gorgeous, too. But, I'm not able to wear it to the upcoming wedding I'm in because my bust is much too big for this dress. It's definitely more flattering for the smaller-chested girls!

Cheap quality

The quality of the material feels cheap for the price paid. The pockets and slit is not sewn together so in order to get to your pocket you have to find each layer, that's just lazy on their end. I've honestly found better quality and nicer looking bridesmaid dresses on shein.
