My sister got me these as a gift when she went to outside lands but one of them didn’t close and I emailed the company and they were more than happy to send me a replacement pair. I only buy my earrings from them. They never tarnish and I wear them in the shower and even in the pool. Super sweet and helpful!! Love this company !!
