Bad customer service, shoes are nice tho if they would fit

I’m trying to do a size exchange because they are too small and am being completely ignored, i’ve sent multiple emails and messages on socials and no reply. I basically wasted $130 because now i have shoes that cant be exchanged and nothing to do with them.
