The worst online order experience I’ve ever had. The order never shipped and after a few days of seeing the label was created but I couldn’t track it, I started to reach out asking for an inquiry. Was told to wsit the full two weeks as it was still within the delivery time frame window. Long story short, after almost teo weeks, they finally escalated / investigated my order just to confirm it never shipped like I thought. Had to ask for a solution, none offered by them for the hassle. My proposed solution was to upgrade the reshipment to next day / overnight and it ship it within 24 hours. Their response…unfortunately we can’t fulfill that request. Ended up requesting a full refund which is supposedly being processed. Never again and strongly don’t recommend.

Good, but hoping for much better.
Although I think it's a decent stick vacuum, I don't love it at all. I wish I had made a different choice. Pros and cons of course. I tried to return but it was a month outside of the return date and they would not accept it back.. A lot of clogging all the time at different joints and connections. A lot more maintenance to keep clear than I anticipated. Would probably be ideal in a city apartment with just some Dusty floors to pick up after. I read a lot of great reviews and had more hope, but in our family it doesn't seem too meet the grade like we had hoped.

I’d given up on a cordless, until…
My brother has had the Tineco Pure ONE S11, (paid less than $250, then) for over 8 years now, and it still looks/performs like new. I’ve been impressed with how it doesn't lose power for any job I’ve used it for, there. It’s a much sturdier stick vac than other leading brands, and I could vacuum from area rug, to bare floor, to carpet and be done! My popular name brand cordless stick never compared, and in no time, I was back to using a traditional vac with attachments. I had paid over $400 roughly ten years ago for my old, duct-taped and tattered cordless that loses power in less than two minutes of use now. Until I tried my brothers’ Tineco, I had given up on the idea of a good cordless vac! Now that I was ready to invest again, I still wanted to make the best informed decision. I made a pro/con list, a spec list, read reviews, watched test comparison vids for some of the latest technology, and decided the Tineco brand, with a really useful, new concept was for me! Tineco Pure ONE Station 5 Smart Cordless Vac I have 6 cats and you wouldn’t know it, due to this new cordless vac! Not only is it easy and effortless to use, I can get my floors clean in way less time than any other cleaning ritual I’ve had in the past. No more wrapping, untangling or watching for a cord again while cleaning. I love the light! You get every speck of dirt and the head moves around with an effortless push and pull. It’s sturdy, while still lightweight and doesn’t feel like I’m going to break as I move around. It picks up everything in its path, unlike my other cordless vac. I could just stop raving here, but I won’t! The auto cleaning station is yet, another great feature. No more taking apart the head to clean the tightly wound hair from the roller, or a filthy dust cup to empty with puffs of dirt in the air while disposing. I just place it on the station and it cleans the roller and compresses dirt from each job into its chamber. Your use depends on how often the chamber needs to be dumped. I highly recommend the Tineco Pure ONE Station 5 Smart Cordless Vac! Price is just right, and you wont regret the purchase! Happy Cleaning!
