Quick Dry Drops that don’t work

I was so excited when I found out the Orly makes quick dry drops, I really enjoy most of Orly’s products and was wanting to try out their quick dry drops. Come to find out that hours later after using the drops that my manicure was still tacky. I had creases in my nail polish and was so disappointed with this product. I would skip these drops
