I requested a return on May 25, and it’s clear that it was received because I never got my package, and the tracking information shows that it was returned during processing. Despite this, I still have not received my refund. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I originally placed my order, you were quick to cancel it without notifying me. Yet now that I am waiting for a refund for an order I never received, there has been no resolution. This has been a very disappointing experience and, based on how this situation has been handled, I would not recommend ordering from your company. I would appreciate an update on my refund as soon as possible.
