Hydrating Toner with Squalane + Oats

I have very dry sensitive skin. The marketing for this product was for hydration. Within minutes of putting it on after washing my face my skin would feel warm and break out. I tested this product on my inner arm and then on a small part of my face. When it didnt burn, react, or get warm I figured it would be okay to apply across my face. It wasnt very hydrating as my skin still lookes dull and felt taut. I noted the other reactions at the begginning of this review. I requested a refund as I do not foresee me using this product.

It’s a milky toner, which I like. Not harsh.

Absolutely love this toner! It’s hydrating and soothing for my sensitive skin. Holy grail for my skin!
