Sturdy, but not what I was hoping for

Two stars because the shoulder straps will not stay the length I set them at. I'll tighten them up in the morning before heading out exploring Mexico, but with just a little bit of weight in the pack by the end of the day the straps have lengthened and the pack is riding lower on my back. The quick access pocket is too snug for the multiple passport wallet if you have anything in the larger compartments. The blue pull strings on the zippers are cute but they seriously interfere with locking the roo bar. I ended up taking the strings off.
