My son-in-law's recipe
My son-in-law gave me a recipe for kabocha squash stew that has Calabrian Paste as an ingredient. I have not made the stew yet but I tried the Calabrian paste with Kabocha squash and I am amazed at how the two compliment each other! This jar of paste will probably be gone before I get around to making the stew.
