Hot Mama Salsa was a hit! I ordered their chips and salsa sampler, and as soon as the box arrived, I called up my neighbors to share the goods. I’m no chef, but I put together a simple spread: four dollops of cream cheese topped with each of the four salsa flavors. Easy, delicious, and gone in minutes.

Best hot sauce this side of the PNW.
