They are good chips,however they leave a slight greasy film, probably a result of the tallow

We will not likely order these regularly, not because there is anything wrong with them; they are very good. But we have just fallen in love with the purple chips, so they will be our go-to "plain" (no flavors, just chip, sea salt, and grass-fed beef tallow) potato chip for the foreseeable future.
