Second time the product broke inside and has the feeling of a scrub

I bought this product months ago and thought it was just a fluke, so I bought it again to give it another chance. The same problems are there. The balm is not smooth, it feels like there are hard sand like things in there. Also on the inside it is broken at where the product is attached to the container. I can push the product up, but I have to push the product down with my fingers, because turning it to go downs does nothing. Very disappointed and a waist of money.
