Class act for me and the birds!

Assembly was a bit tricky and the instructions are rudimentary. It came together when I realized that the bolt in the pole was meant to be removed and discarded. The beautiful 3 piece pole went together smoothly but my ground was uncooperative so I removed the bottom third of the pole and used an umbrella stand. Stable and lovely. The birds have not yet discovered this feeder but I suspect it is because my other 3 feeders and two water sources are competing. I’m enjoying its beauty.

Perfect and long lasting

Excellent. A tip, for better placement I crafted a PVC tube embedded in a cement block (using a plastic coffee container as a mold). I can now easily stabilize the bird feeder (squirrels like to swing from it) and even move it. Craftsmanship is so much better than most products, solid, rust proof, and built to last. Purchased in 2017 and it with a light rinse it looks new. Appearance is modern and fits in with our style and patio. On downside, the squirrels broke the ceramic dishes but I was able to find a small replacement. Overall one of the best buys I ever made.

Great customer service but product doesn't really work well

The modern birdbath looks great but the design doesn't allow it to really function well as a bath. I ended up taking it off the stake and setting it on the ground. The dishes are too small to really be functional. I should not have gone on looks alone but paid more attention to functional design since this was expensive. But my experience with the company was excellent. Very responsive and personal.
