Super comfy, looks great, fits well

I bought two 100% merino for fall/winter urban travel, but ended up wearing also for a hiking trip. This shirt looks like a regular shirt but works great for outdoor activities. I've worn it out to dinner at a restaurant directly after an afternoon of sweaty hiking (just added a neck scarf and cardigan) and it worked beautifully. This is going to be a game-changer for packing lighter. The fit is not too tight, not too loose. Highly recommend it!!

Twisted and feels strange

Edit: Wool&’s customer service reached back out to me and made the situation right. To further clarify, I own a few other Wool& pieces, so I’m confident in the brand in general. When tried on, the shirt felt fine. After washing, it’s twisted and feels bizarre while wearing. I tried to reshape the shirt while wet and it didn’t help. Customer service basically told me that’s how wool is and I shouldn’t be surprised.
