Frustrating Customer Service

I ordered 2 sets of the Whiskee Straw with a bag, one for me and one as a gift. The website says you can return within 30 days. The person I bought for a gift has something similar, so I sent an email requesting info about how to return it over two weeks ago and have not gotten a response. This has soured me on this whole experience.

Whiskee Travel bag.

I like the concept behind the bag. It’s very light weight and sturdy. The color is beautiful. I love the brightness to the pink. My straw set fits nice nicely in said bag. I like that it’s resealable it helps for on the go situations.
