Disappointed

When my new mattress arrived, I was so excited to sleep on it! However, in the morning after the first night, there was an dip indentation in the middle of the bed. I am not heavy. I weigh 120 pounds. As directed, I have given it 30 days to smooth out. The dip where my hips lie is still there, andd growing deeper. I didn't expect a new bed to sink so fast. I will likely exchange or return for a refund. Sweet Zzz advertised "Free Returns." However, return instructions include a $100 pick up charge. Disappointing.

bad customer service

I am not entirely unhappy with the mattress but it is defective and customer service is nearly invisible. The foot end is caved in substantially and when I notify customer service (photos and video) it takes about 2 weeks for them to reply and their reply is to keep an eye on it and let them know if it is still a problem in the future.. I can only assume the warranty is pro rated and they want me to keep it longer to reduce their payment or replace due to the length of time I have had it. (I let them know of the issue in the first week) I truly wish I did not buy from this company and wont again. I am going to continue to ask for service but I dont know how to make them replace a defective product.

No more painful back in the morning.

My husband and I were sleeping on a very old sleep number that was not meeting our sleep needs any longer. I didn't want another memory foam mattress. Over time it just does not stand up. I have known of latex foam a long time but the mattresses had always been super expensive so was out of reach for our budget... until now.... We get the most amazing night's sleep. This type of foam does not deflate over time. It gives the most restful, pain-free sleep you can have. So glad we picked our Honey mattress! No regrets! We both love it.
