Great Tech Advice From Eric And Great Parts!

After several long phone calls and emails with Eric, I was able to troubleshoot and order the proper replacement parts for my Quadra-Fire 1100i pellet stove. With his guidance I had the confidence to invest my time and energy to get the stove working like a dream again!

I did find the parts I needed on other websites for our Quadrafire 800 pellet stove, I found sites who's listings were mixed and confusing. It would've involved back and forth e-mails to confirm the part compatibility and I didn't have the luxury to wait for 'X' amount of time for them to get around to it, or answer ambiguously and make me regret it because they were too lazy and cheap to do it right the first time. So, I looked elsewhere and found Stove & Grill Parts for Less. Yes, I know, sounds like a promo but it's not. Parts for Less website was OROGANIZED, categorically sectioned, and it clearly stated what part would fit what, everything was in categories that even an older pre-internet guy like me could figure out. These days, that's very much appreciated. AND its smart, as a business owner I know that saves them time and money on customer assistance and getaways. When I was in business, I did everything I could to anticipate a customers needs, becasue I valued their business and their time. I saw that same common sense here too. So, thank you, very refreshing. Good quality parts too, well packed, I highly recommend. Hope this helps. I will be ordering more soon.
