Terrific Tasting Lemon Lime

I put the Lemon Lime Electrolytes in my big water container (48 oz) everyday, twice. I can’t drink my water without it. I carry a small container of it in my purse and add it to my water at restaurants. I am never without it , and I drink more water because if its delicious, refreshing flavor!

First time taking electrolytes

I’m totally good at drinking my water, but I’ve felt at times I needed more as I work out 5 days a week, as well as everything else one does in life to keep up a home. I’ve felt at times run down, not able to keep up with my usually activity level and water wasn’t quenched my thirst. I knew something was off. I’ve been taking the electrolytes for 2 weeks now, and I feel like it has been just the thing my muscles needed and has really helped in my energy level/recovery.
