I feel this gives me good energy through the day. It tastes great. I feel better when I take these Electrolytes.

The electrolytes are delicious and refresh my energy toward the mid-afternoon work slump. Highly recommended!!! My favorite is the strawberry lemonade or the lemmon lime mixed with the vitamin C powder. Its a healthy version of my childhood facorite, Tang.
