INMOTION Air Pro

I would give this zero stars, but that is not an option! This product failed after six months of use. Began working with customer service on repairs. I am now six months with no resolution, their customer service is not helpful and they will not stand by their product failing. They sent me a replacement part that doesn’t even fit this scooter, and will not send me replacement scooter or any full or partial refund. They have not helped me fix this at all. Extremely dissatisfied. For the amount of money that was paid for this, if they stood by their product products, they would have made this right long ago.

Hard to recommend

This scooter has good features, especially for the price. It rides very well, even better than some other's in its price range. Why it's hard to recommend is because of it's durability. I bought two to use in March in Miami and by May they both stopped working for completely different reasons. Tech support has been okay, but that's benefitted from me taking apart the scooter to show them the exact damaged parts I found. Not everyone will have that advantage. I originally sent a video showing the scotter wasn't turning on and they said it was the battery. I tested the battery with a multimeter and it clearly wasn't the issue... so support could be better. In the end, I was able to get the replacement parts sent to me (one I had to purchase) and I'll make the repairs myself and try to get a season out of them.
