TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. I have Longchamp large bag that I bought at the Nordstrom. When I found this product here, I was very excited to purchase it for a reasonable price. However, when I received a product I could immediately tell that this is not a real Brand product. Quality is way cheaper, tag is copied by the printer or its not even a real brand name tag, snap button is really hard to close it or open. So, I contacted to the customer service more than multiple times via email, and still I don’t get any response. Although this was a reasonable price, but this wasn’t cheap. I really want to return and refund this, but I don’t think i will be able to because thwy never contacts me back. If you ONLY WANT POOR QUALITY PRODUCT, that’ll be your choice, but I WON’T RECOMMEND purchasing from here if you’re looking for a quality name brand product because they will NEVER contact you for your service.

Delivered on time. Product as advertised. A bit smaller than expected but still love it.
