Delivered very quickly! I needed some help in making a change after my order, the folks jumped on my need even after normal business hours. The box arrived in great shape, and when opened, I was blown away with the quality of the bike and yes the packing. It got better when I took it out of the box, and then finished what was needed, which wasn’t much. All the tools required were included, and when complete, all I can say is wow! I’m very happy with my purchase and recommend the OUXI to anyone that is looking for a great Ebike, that is at a great price, and quality.
