Umi 11-Piece Japanese VG10 Damascus Knife Block Set — with Abalone Shell Handles

I highly doubt that these are authentic Damascus steel, they look like stamped since the patterns are the same. That being said, I really was going more for looks since I'm not a professional chef. My kitchen vibe is coastal so these definitely fit. They are sharp but not crazy sharp. I'd like to know why the 8" carving knife is not available in the Umi collection. Oh and the steak knives are garbage. There's way better out there. They literally tear meat apart. Skip those or use for throwing at your ex's pic.
