The positions are explained well and he wastes no time on theory. A good addition for any level, however some details relevant to a new white belt may be missing.

Professor Faria emphasizes the small details such as grips and body position in this series. This is an awesome buy! Highly recommended. I can’t wait to get back on the mats.
