Omoplata Everywhere

As this is one of my favourite bjj moves, sometimes i was disappointed with the fact that only in rare occasions i would be able to apply it. This instructional showed me that omoplata is possible for almost every position and there's many strategies to easy the position! Strongly recommend for those that like the omoplata position as well as i do.

It's so epic how you can watch these videos over and over while you're trying to figure out the technique. The Omoplata Everyone has opened my mind to use this from so many different positions.
