Everything was good. Once I made my selection and checked out, it was processed and I was sent an email of the transaction. It shipped a few days later and arrived in the box sealed with no damage. Installed the mattress in my RV and let it set overnight. It was very comfortable rivaling the one I sleep on every night at home. Time will tell but I can't wait until my first trip in a few weeks to see how qeel it feels over night.

So far we couldn’t be happier with our new bed. I spoke to Shawn (or Sean) on a Saturday just before close about a custom sized bed. Instead of rushing me off the phone, he explained about the different beds and how everything works for the custom cut. I received my bed the next Thursday for our camping trip the next day. The bed is very comfortable and it’s a perfect fit. We absolutely love it. The customer service was very appreciated and i will refer anyone who needs a new rv mattress to them. The price was great too!!
