Cute bridesmaids dress, love the material

I purchased this dress in two different colors, one in XXL and one in 1X. The 1x somehow fits so much tighter than the XXL. I know they are made to order, so I figured it was just an error while making it. Honestly just don't know sure why one is not true to the sizing though. The material is extremely soft and I do enjoy how much room I have in the bust. I am very big chested and was worried it would not fit me up-top. When sizing I was towards the higher end of the range but I was happy with how they fit after alterations. It does hug my stomach a little but more than I would like, especially with having two children but hoping good shape wear will make me feel more confident.
