Kira Shiny Dress Black

The dress fit my chest exactly. It needed a lot of alterations in the waist and along the sides of my body to finally get a great fit. Unfortunately the alterations cost as much as the dress. The fabric is very shiny. The dress is a lot more flattering once it is fitted.
