Sleep: Reishi Mushroom Gummies With Melatonin

I unfortunately didnt read properly . its got Melatonin in it..so i can't take these..and so now what do i do So my husband took them hr was up ALL NIGHT DIDNT WORK FOR HIM AT ALL

It's still difficult to know how effective the gummies are considering I am still taking Trazadone as a sleep aid.

Tastes good and service has been good as well. Only issue is it hasn't reduced my need for other sleep meds.
