Rescued a vintage lamp

This cord saved a vintage lamp that had become a fire hazard, due to cord damage. The color blends in with the lamp, and the rayon covering helped the cord slide through the narrow lamp neck. It was easier to put in this new cord than it was to take out the old one. I appreciate that there was enough cord past the switch to fit into the curvy lamp neck. I had a challenging time finding a cord that had a switch and the right length.
