I have two vintage hanging lamps that both needed new cords. I bought these and re-strung them and the lamps are just like new again. I did end up having to take the power switch off the cord in order to pull it through the chain attached to the lamp, but I reattached it after weaving the cord through the chain and it works perfectly. These are just what I needed. Thank you!
