Never received my item

I ordered this item on December 22, and I have not received it yet. The customer service responded, but they are pretty useless; they sent the item to Ohio. And I live in Massachusetts, and the response was, "Could you pick the item or contact them for re-deliver?" or sure! I pay for the shipping, but I can definitely travel 11hours to pick up the item! How stupid the "help" was and they keep saying it was because invalid addres and I can not get a refund and "They hope i understand" do not buy from here, you better of buying in another place. And as you can see the address is correctly but saying it was my fault is easier!

Pretty budget quality with terminal issues and falling off unless using an insulation tape, right form the word go.

good cable, meh plug

cable is good quality and well behaved. The swappable terminations are a friction fit and the plug can detach sometimes when you don’t want it to.
