Better than I could’ve imagined!

My employer provides new headsets at no charge. They aren’t bad, as headsets go, but as a person with moderate hearing loss, I struggle throughout my shift to hear my customers. Also, about halfway through my shift, my ears would become slightly tender from constant wear. I was reluctant to spend the money on this headset. I had not used bone conduction technology for my hearing loss before and compared to “free and good enough”, it took some time for me to bite the bullet and give this headset a try. What a miracle! I can hear every single caller now. This headset is so light, I forget I’m wearing it. My ears are not covered, so they’re never tender or sore at the end of my shift. I cannot believe how happy I am with this purchase. I’m so glad I decided to give them a try! If you have been using a regular headset and struggle due to hearing loss, this headset will amaze you!
