Marinor - Caribbean Blue

Beautiful Watch

I give this watch five stars, although it is not perfect (see below), for the price is it is absolutely fantastic. Highlights are: The dial - beautiful blue fume, caribbean blue is great description, turquoise blue at centre shading to dark and rich blue depths at the edges Dome crystal, gives lovely element of distortion around edge of dial without making it hard to read Bezel - wonderful colour, domed shape adds depth and interest Indices look lovely, well lumed and I really like the north star at 12 Bracelet is very flexible and gives a great sparkle as it moves in light due to lots of flat links Things that perhaps be better (but really very minor) Brushed finish is very well executed (as is all finishing) - but the difference between circular on case and vertical on strap highlight the difference between the two - possibly could be made to be more joined up Edges of bracelet quite angular, so occasionally feel on the wrist. But not a problem (they are not 'sharp') I love the stylised Heron logo, but not so keen on Marinor on the case back - would probably prefer with a heron, or heron over ship? just a suggestion The movements used has automatic winding that you can feel sometimes where weight spins (I think know on this movement) - I find it an idiosyncrasy that I don't mind, but others might. Overall though - definitely recommend, looks wonderful, good on the wrist and dial/bezel colour looks incredible. Will add some photos - but note that difficult to capture true colour of watch in photo for some reason. It is a little more turquoise than these photos show (but I don't think quite the colour on Heron website either. can't stress how good it looks though!)

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Love the bracelet and the color of the dial and bezel. You won't be disappointed with this watch. Great attention to detail and quality. Top notch for sure!
