Before I had a lot of shedding and breakage. Now before combing I use the hydrating mist and my hair detangles, then I rub on the elixir and it smooths my hair. I also use the stimulating balm on the scalp if needed. Now my hair stays moisturized days. Glad I gave Bask & Lather a try.
