Macroscopic

Slow shipping, no roast date, or even best by date, but my biggest concern was all the beans were excessively soaked with oil and accumulations of it inside of the bag. I know this is a dark roast, and oil is expected, but this was heavy. I did not feel comfortable introducing the beans into my grinder. Sent an email and received no response.

very dark roast but still has some smoked fruit flavor to it. Very interesting. I usually prefer lighter roasts but brew this every once in a while to mix it up. Great as espresso with milk. I also like to blend it with the other offerings to add a little body and depth to them. 70% Macroscopic and 30% Year X Dark is my go-to espresso.

Drinking it black instead of having to adding cream. Lots of flavors and tastes coming thru. Thanks.
