My fave under eye de-puffing product

I tried another brand’s similar product, which did an OK job, except that product could not be used over any type of other Make Up. I like this product because you can actually put moisturizer under your eyes, and use a concealer, and then you can put this on top. It really does a good job at de-puffing and smoothing & freezing your under eye area. The key to this product is warming it between your fingers and patting it on, not spreading it on and then not moving your eyes for about 60 seconds while you fan it dry and let it work. You only need a pea sized amount. Jumbo tube this time, but the smaller size tube lasted me about a year.

I have been looking for an eye cream to layer for brightening and depuffing, that does not settle into wrinkles. This is it!!!
