I just replaced a part under warranty, your customer service dept did an excellent job in helping me get the part replaced, and did it in a very timely fashion. the new part works great and received it just in time to finish harvesting with our juicer. Wonderful Service, Wonderful Personal Home Juicer

We love our Hurom HP. We purchased it used. When our auger fell and broke, the top wing broke off and I knew we needed to purchase another one somewhere. I wasn’t sure where to go. I looked at different places online, but wasn’t comfortable with what I was seeing. So I reached out directly hoping to find someone that could help us at Hurom. I was impressed with how they came through for us. Carol not only helped me with our order, but answered my additional questions. We’re so happy with Hurom!
