i recently bought the XE-Pro with 8040 extension kit - everything was delivered together with about 7 days of ordering. construction was simple, instructions were very clear and i had no issues at any stage. Tested the movement in offline mode easily enough and connected to the laptop with no issues. I trammed and leveled it (was very close out of the box). i have not carved anything yet but i have every confidence that if it goes wrong it would only be user error and not the machine

Overall, I am happy because everything was delivered. The team even reached out to let me know a part I ordered was incompatible with my system (and not necessary). My only issue is with the shipping tracking. It was very difficult to follow and know when each component would arrive. Even though it was a bundle (plus other add ons), it wasn’t shipped and tracked as one order. Otherwise, it wasn’t a solid experience. Everything was packaged very well.
